Website Design Process

The following will guide through our process during of the development/production of your website.

Step 1 : Contact Us For A Quote

• Complete the custom web design request form.
• We contact you to discuss your custom website design, the project scope, costs and delivery time scales are agreed.

Step 2 : Development

• A mock-up design is developed and released based on your original requirements.
• You review the mock-up design and request changes if required.
• Website architecture is finalized.
• You submit the content for your website and submit it to to OSD. (critical step).
• In house pre-production test your web site template is completed to ensure it functions correctly with across the following web browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome).

Step 3 : Testing Phase

• Access is provided to the demo server where you can test the design.
• You will also have an opportunity to request any changes to the website design during the test phase.

Step 4: Website Released to You!

• Website is released and warranty period starts.
